I've just arrived in Fort Lauderdale for Webex One, and let me tell you, it's shaping up to be an incredible week. The Diplomat Hotel they've chosen is right on the beach - I'm talking crashing waves and sunshine, but thankfully it's not too hot. Perfect conference weather!

Lots of poolside lounging available at Robb’s hotel very near Webex One

It's a shame we'll be inside most of the time, but if you were here, you'd find the beach vibes incredibly relaxing. The oceanfront setting is absolutely gorgeous!

I've been touching base with various teams, and everyone's in full setup mode. The energy is palpable, and for good reason. Webex has some mind-blowing announcements lined up that are going to transform the way we collaborate and communicate.

Word is, they're taking AI to a whole new level. Think smarter, more intuitive interactions that'll make your workday a breeze. They're talking about AI that doesn't just respond, but truly understands and acts, (agentic?)

They've also got some innovative updates for the Webex suite coming. Imagine your meetings and calls getting a serious upgrade in terms of clarity, context, and productivity.

For all you gadget enthusiasts, there are some device announcements in store that'll knock your socks off. They're pushing the boundaries of what's possible in video conferencing and audio quality.

And IT pros, don't feel left out - they've got some nifty tools coming that'll make managing and scaling Webex across organizations smoother than ever.

I don't want to give too much away, but trust me, you'll want to stay tuned for all the juicy details. It's going to be an amazing week here in sunny Florida. I'm thrilled to be hosting the event, working with Ben Worton-Hunt and his social media team, alongside many of our original TechWiseTV crew members, including Producer Steve, Mikey Ewertz, Peter Homer and more….oh…and bonus…I'll be co-hosting alongside the incredibly talented Dania Denise.

Can't wait to see everything they've been working on unveiled at Webex One! Watch this space (and feel free to let me know what you are seeing & hearing that I should pay more attention to).
